Skinny Strawberry Cucumber Basil Gimlet

If you joined me on Instagram live, you saw how I made this cocktail but for the rest of you degenerates (I kid, I kind), I wanted to post the recipe! If anyone has any better ideas for what to call this drink, please let me know because while I really enjoy drinking cocktails, I don’t as much enjoy naming them.

Skinny Strawberry Cucumber Basil Gimlet

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 5 Strawberries

  • ¼ Cucumber, Sliced

  • 3 Basil leaves

  • ½ Lime, Juiced

  • 1.5 oz Organic Cucumber Vodka (you can also use plain)

  • ½ tbsp Sukrin Fiber Gold Syrup (or 3 drops Liquid Stevia)

  • 4 oz Zevia Cucumber Lemon Soda (you can use regular club soda)

  • Cucumber Garnish

Directions:

  1. Place the strawberries, cucumber, basil into a cocktail shaker and muddle

  2. Add the cucumber vodka into the shaker

  3. Squeeze the juice of the lime into the shaker

  4. Add 2 drops of liquid stevia and ice into shaker and shake all ingredients

  5. Top with Zevia cucumber lemon soda

  6. Garnish with fresh cucumber and/or strawberry
