Together we will decide which of my programs is right for you.
During our first session, I’ll do a full assessment to really get to know you. We’ll discuss your diet history explore your relationship with food, health habits and more. We will talk about your goals and develop a plan to help you reach them.
During our follow-up sessions, we will reflect on your progress, combat challenges as they arise and continue to fine tune your nutrition plan. I’ll be there for ongoing support and accountability as you work toward your goals.
Alix taught me about correct portions, the breakdown of calories and macros and how to fuel my body. By the end of the program, I was keeping a food journal, eating more intuitively and eating better portions.

Want me to tell you what to eat but don’t need additional accountability? I will create a fully customized 7 day meal plan including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Each meal plan will take into account your food preferences, calorie and macronutrient needs and lifestyle.

The next 30 Day Slim Down starts January 7th, 2019!
The 30 Day Slim Down is a virtual group accountability program. You’ll have access to a private membership area where I’ll teach you how to calculate your calorie and macronutrient needs, you’ll receive the 30 Day Slim Down E-Book, 4 weeks of meal plans that can be adapted to any diet, 4 weeks of grocery lists, 4 weeks of meal prep instructions and schedules, a private facebook accountability group where you can ask questions and get additional support. There will be weekly 1 hour live calls via Zoom with a replay available for those who can’t make it live. Additional resources will be provided weekly.
